Missed appointments and cancelations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will be charged at 50% of the treatment price and to be payable during the next session or as invoiced.

We reserve the rights to change such prices without notice, but treatments like Laser Hair Removal treatment that require multiple sessions will stay the same throughout the series of treatments for that specific treatment area as when it was with the 1st Laser Hair Removal treatment session. Specials and promotions are subjected to available time slots and on a first come fist serve basis and only one discount may apply per series of treatments per client and will be at management's discretion. There are no travel cost for mobile treatment sessions within 15 kilometers from our premises but outside that 15 kilometers are charged at R 3.00 per kilometer both ways

No Laser hair removal equipment exist on the market that can work with grey hair or lightly pigmented hair and are therefore excluded from all laser hair removal treatments.
Instructions:
For better client experience it is recommended that the treatment area is cleanly shaven 24 hrs. before treatment. No waxing, tweezing, threading or epilation 4 weeks before laser treatment.
